Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: 30-Minute Range Pass Maharshi Dadhich Shooting Academy (MDSA) By booking or participating in a shooting session at MDSA, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Availability Slot Confirmation: Booking a session does not guarantee immediate entry. All slots are subject to availability and must be confirmed by MDSA management. Timing: The session duration is strictly 30 minutes. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their confirmed slot to complete necessary registration. Late arrival may result in a reduced session time. 2. Zero Tolerance Policy on Intoxication Strict Prohibition: The use, possession, or influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited on academy premises. Right of Refusal: MDSA staff reserves the right to deny entry to anyone suspected of being under the influence of any substance. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 3. Safety and Compliance Adherence to Rules: Safety is our highest priority. Participants must strictly follow all safety rules and commands issued by the Range Officers or Instructors at all times. Equipment Handling: Weapons must only be handled under supervision. Never point a firearm/air gun at anything other than the designated target. Safety Gear: Protective gear (if provided or required) must be worn at all times while on the firing line. 4. Conduct and Disciplinary Action Behavioral Standards: Participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum. Immediate Ban: Any form of misconduct, aggression, harassment, or intentional unsafe handling of equipment will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and a permanent ban from the academy. Property Damage: Any damage caused to academy property due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the participant. 5. Liability Waiver While MDSA takes every precaution to ensure safety, sport shooting involves inherent risks. Participants enter the range and undertake the activity at their own risk.
